MRes/PhD Programme

The MRes/PhD Programme in Economics aims at the highest international standard of research and professional competence. Graduates from the PhD Programme in Economics have successfully gained employment in all areas requiring economists.

These pages are intended as an aid for students on the MRes/PhD Programme and to answer those questions that are most commonly asked. It also sets out what a student can expect from the Department and what the Department expects from its students.
