We offer a range of Bachelors and Masters degrees, as well as a structured
doctoral training in economics. The size of the Department ensures that all main
fields of economics are represented in the teaching programme, and our strengths
in research and policy formation feed through to the teaching programme.
Our student body is very diverse. Across all programmes, the ratio of men to
women is roughly 2:1. Non-UK students make up approximately 65% of the
undergraduate and 85% of the postgraduate populations.
The LSE's undergraduate and postgraduate prospectuses contain detailed
information on programmes, studying at LSE, student life in London and how to
apply. For more information, please see Study at LSE.
