In the listing of my papers, in each case you will have the option to
``Request paper to be delivered via Email''.
Choosing that will initiate a form dialogue, where you will be asked to
specify your email address (where the paper should be sent).
The requested paper, MIME-encoded,
will then be emailed to you
as a PDF file,
normally within seconds.
Popular email packages,
like Eudora, Pegasus, Pine, and Elm, know how to handle MIME-encoding
automatically. In case your email program is not mime-enabled, you can obtain
a separate utility called ``mpack/munpack''.
I keep here copies of
munpack for DOS,
munpack for SunOS/Unix,
and a link to the
distribution site of mpack/munpack for all supported Operating Systems.
